why a walking podcast?

Bainbridge Island inspires walking podcasts. While some might say recording the sounds of walking has been done before, the truth is that I need this for me. Right now. I've had enough doom scrolling. I need a daily tonic of nature to take my mind to a better place. A positive place.  Listen and subscribe via Apple Podcasts ,  Spotify , and Stitcher . -Steve
